Everything You Need to Know

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND SOMETHING IS BROKEN?

We will replace any product that arrives broken. Please email a photo of the broken item to orders@remineraliseteeth.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we will post you a replacement.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

The products offered here are what we use in our family. We searched and reseached and selected the best quality. Some of the products like cod liver oil and liquid magnesium have strong taste but it is inherent to the product. 
Please read the descriptions and ingredients carefully to avoid buying something that is not suitable for you due to intolerances or allergies or being not vegan/vegetarian.
As a very small, family-run business we are currently unable to process returns of products. If a product arrives and is broken or faulty, please email a photograph to admin@remineraliseteeth.com.au and we will replace the faulty item free of charge.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Please email and questions or concerns to orders@remineraliseteeth.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that we are a small, family-run business with no staff but ourselves, so while we will do our very best to get back to you as soon as we can, it may occasionally take a little bit longer to respond.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We send orders by Australia Post and endeavour to keep the cost of postage as low as possible. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We understand that healing teeth is an urgent and stressful matter, especially with children so we aim to post all orders next business day and if you place your order before 12pm we will post on the same day. 
Weekend and public holidays orders will be despatched on the next business day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is despatched we will send you and email confirming your order has been sent. With larger orders (generally over 500g) we will provide a tracking number which you can enter into the Australia Post Tracking.

REFERRALS AND REWARDS

If you were referred by someone, please leave their name and e-mail in the note section of checkout and we will send them a coupon.
